VintedBookFlip Alerts ("we", "us", "our") is an independent UK-based service operated at vintedbookflip.com. We provide book-flipping arbitrage alerts via Telegram. You can contact us at support@vintedbookflip.com.
We collect your email address when you subscribe via Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID, your Telegram user ID (once you join our channel), and your subscription status. We do not collect your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.
We use your email address to send you your Telegram invite link and service-related communications (subscription confirmation, cancellation notices, waitlist updates). We use your Telegram user ID to manage your channel access. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (to deliver the subscription service you have purchased) and legitimate interests (to manage access to our Telegram channel).
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and legal compliance (typically 7 years for financial records as required by UK law). You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@vintedbookflip.com.
We use Stripe for payment processing (stripe.com/privacy), Resend for transactional email (resend.com/privacy), and Telegram for alert delivery (telegram.org/privacy). Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; the right to restrict or object to processing; and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@vintedbookflip.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process for fraud prevention purposes.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
